When a robotic system and safety enclosure is installed, several important issues need to be carefully addressed if extra cost is to be avoided. We suggest you ask the following:
Have all safety issues relating to the robotic enclosure been considered?
Working with Bigneat Containment Technology, you can be sure that the enclosure has been built to 'marry' with the robotic system, ensuring as safe an installation as possible. However the use and maintenance of robotic systems will differ from company to company, so Bigneat cannot claim to cover all safety issues with existing designs. This is why all cabinets are of bespoke manufacture to include your specific access needs and interlock requirements.
Bigneat will work with you to ensure maximum safety for your operators from first installation.
Will the robotic supplier work with the containment provider to ensure a coordinated installation?
Bigneat Technical Department will ensure that commissioning is carried out smoothly, in consultation with the supplier of the robotic system, thus reducing the need for engineer re-visits and avoiding the need for call outs for unexpected installation work.
Increasingly Bigneat is being approached for information following recommendation from an existing user, our attention to safety and costing issues are the reasons often given.
