Bigneat Ltd., a leading designer and manufacturer of hazard containment systems, has announced as part of its continuing quality program, that it has been issued ISO 9001:2000 certification by CQS (Certified Quality Systems) Limited, an accredited third-party registrar of the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO).
The ISO 9001:2000 standard covers all processes affecting quality, from the internal review of contracts received from customers, to the packaging and delivery of the finished product.
Bigneat acknowledges the importance of this quality standard, and the accountability placed on its management, whilst meeting measurable quality objectives.
In obtaining the ISO 9001:2000, Bigneat has demonstrated its ability to consistently provide products that meet customer and applicable regulatory requirements. Certification also demonstrates that Bigneat aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of its quality management system, including processes for continual improvement of the system as well as assurance of conformity to customer and regulatory requirements.
