Downflow Tables

There is no installation required, no connection to ductwork, simply connect to power and it is
ready for use.

Bigneat downflow tables draw dust, smoke and fumes down past the worktop and away from the operator, the contaminants are filtered and retained by a highly efficient Chemcap™ carbon filter (removes chemical vapours and fumes) working in combination with a HEPA filter (removes particulates).

The Bigneat design for this downflow table provides a robust stainless steel work area surrounded by extraction grille. This gives the user a firm flat surface on which to safely work.

Downdraft tables improve air quality in the workplace by:

■ reducing the risk of operator exposure to harmful substances
■ capturing solder smoke, chemical fumes and vapours
■ increasing employee and operator safety and wellbeing
■ operating at a comfortable noise level

Downdraft tables are designed to provide operator protection with an airflow greater than 0.45m/s through the grille

Applications include removal of fumes and vapours from adhesives, paint, solvents, soldering fumes, etc.
