Cleanrooms are enclosed controlled environment spaces where the air quality is managed to reduce dust, microbes and other airborne contaminants to minimal levels. BSI's 5295 and International ANSI/IEST/ISO 14644-1:1999 Standards specify the management and control of such environments. Airborne particulate cleanliness is classified by ISO Class by numbers of particles per cubic metre by micron size. Bigneat cleanrooms also meet the standards of the FED-STD-209 E Airborne Particulate Cleanliness Classes in Cleanrooms and Cleanzones.

In industries where the manufacture or handling of items such as medical devices and microelectronic products requires high levels of contamination control and classification of even the smallest particle or airborne molecular contaminant, a pristine cleanroom environment is required. Bigneat Modular Mini Cleanrooms may be supplied for air qualities to ANSI/IEST/ISO 14644-1 Class 5, 6, 7, 8 & 9.

Bespoke design to customer requirements:

Our modular construction comprises of 1 metre panels. The rigid construction (manufactured from mild steel, anodised aluminium with clear cast acrylic windows) is strong and easy-clean which is an advantage over 'soft-wall' constructed facilities. The only room-size limitation is the maximum width of 4 metres.

Bigneat Modular Mini Cleanrooms offer a cost effective alternative to traditional 'built' facilities. They are completely free-standing within existing building space.
