This range of workstations is particularly suitable when all round accessibility is required and is generally for use when working with hazardous chemicals and fumes. Air is extracted through rear baffles drawing the air horizontally across the working surface away from the operator.

This style of workstations has also been used for removal of particles when working with plant materials, it can be used for a wide variety of applications.
